HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Start by reaching out through our contact form, Facebook, or Instagram. Tell us what you're looking for — size, species, finish, and any other details — and we'll put together a detailed quote. Once you approve the quote, a 50% deposit locks in your build slot and we get to work. See our full How to Order page for a step-by-step walkthrough.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Current lead times are typically 6 to 10 weeks from deposit to completion, depending on the current build schedule. We'll give you an accurate estimate at the time of your order. Rush orders may be available — contact us to ask.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Every table is priced based on your specific size, wood species, width, height, and finish selections. Use the pricing configurator on any product page to get an estimated starting price for your build. Final pricing is confirmed at quote.

WHAT WOOD SPECIES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer seven species: Red Oak, White Oak, Walnut, Ash, Soft Maple, Wormy Maple, and Eastern Pine. Each one has a distinct grain, color, and character. Red Oak is our entry-level species. Walnut is our premium option. If you're not sure which species is right for you, ask us — we'll help you choose based on your style, finish, and budget.

CAN I CHOOSE MY STAIN COLOR?

Yes. We offer six stain options: Natural, Special Walnut, Provincial, Dark Walnut, Jacobean, and Hand Distressed (+$50). All stains are applied to the top only — bases are either painted white, painted black, or stained tone-on-tone to match the top. Keep in mind that every piece of wood absorbs stain differently — slight color variation between pieces is normal and expected with solid hardwood.

WHAT FINISH DO YOU USE ON THE TOPS?

Every Canyon Ranch table top is finished with N3 Nano topcoat — a premium, hard-wearing surface that resists moisture, scratches, and everyday use. No coasters required for normal use. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and abrasive scrubbing.

DO YOU OFFER COUNTER HEIGHT AND BAR HEIGHT?

Yes. Most styles are available in dining height (30"), counter height (36"), and bar height (42"). Counter height pairs with 24" stools. Bar height pairs with 30" stools. Availability varies by style — check the individual product page for details.

DO YOU SELL CHAIRS, BENCHES, AND STOOLS?

Yes. We offer three house chair styles — the Double X-Back, the Mission, and the Ava — available in white or black painted finish to coordinate with your table base. Farmhouse benches and matching stools are also available. All seating is sold separately from the table.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes. Local delivery is available in the Laramie, Wyoming area. Freight shipping is available to all 48 contiguous states — curbside delivery. Shipping costs and lead times are confirmed at the time of your quote.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final once production begins. Because every table is built to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. If something arrives damaged or isn't built to your specifications, our warranty covers it — see Our Promise for full details.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Yes. Every Canyon Ranch table is covered by our Lifetime Structural Warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your table cracks, splits, or a joint fails under normal use for the life of the product, we'll repair or replace it. See Our Promise for full warranty details.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and check. Orders are placed with a 50% deposit — the remaining 50% is due when your table is complete and ready for delivery.
