Ordering a Canyon Ranch table is simple. Here's what the process looks like from start to finish.
REACH OUT AND TELL US WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
Start by sending us a message — through the contact form, Facebook, or Instagram. Tell us about your space, how many people you want to seat, and any style or finish ideas you have in mind. If you're not sure where to start, that's fine too. We'll ask the right questions.
WE BUILD YOUR QUOTE
Once we understand what you're looking for, we'll put together a detailed quote with your exact size, species, finish, and base options. No surprises, no hidden fees. You'll know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before you commit to anything.
YOU APPROVE AND LOCK IN YOUR SPOT
When you're happy with the quote, a 50% deposit locks in your spot in the build schedule. The remaining 50% is due when your table is complete and ready for delivery. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and check.
WE BUILD YOUR TABLE
Every Canyon Ranch table is built by hand in Laramie, Wyoming. Once your deposit is received, your build slot is confirmed and we get to work. Current lead times are typically 6 to 10 weeks depending on the current build schedule — we'll give you an accurate estimate at the time of your order.
DELIVERY OR PICKUP
When your table is complete, we'll reach out to schedule delivery or arrange pickup. Local delivery is available in the Laramie area. Freight shipping is available to all 48 contiguous states — we'll confirm shipping options and costs at the time of your quote.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Every table is built to your exact specifications — because of this, all sales are final once production begins. We'll confirm every detail with you before we start building.
Wood is a natural product. Grain patterns, color variation, and character marks are part of what makes each table unique — not defects.
