When you order from Canyon Ranch Customs, you're not buying from a warehouse or a big box store. You're buying directly from the hands that built it — right here in Laramie, Wyoming.

That means if something isn't right, you deal with us directly. No call centers. No runaround. Just a straight answer and a real solution.

HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE

We'll make it right if it's not what you ordered. If your table arrives in the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong style from what you specified — we'll fix it or replace it. Period.

We'll make it right if it's damaged in transit. Freight happens. If your table arrives damaged due to shipping, we'll take care of it. Document the damage on the bill of lading and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll make it right if it cracks or splits. If your table cracks or splits due to a defect in our materials or craftsmanship for the life of the product, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

We'll make it right if a joint fails. Our joinery is built to last generations. If a joint becomes loose or fails under normal use for the life of the product, we'll fix it.

WHAT OUR PROMISE DOESN'T COVER

Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship — not damage from misuse, harsh chemicals, or acts of nature. Wood is a living material and will naturally expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity. Minor movement, small seasonal gaps between boards, and subtle color variation between pieces are normal characteristics of solid hardwood furniture — not defects. These are the marks of real wood, not mass-produced veneer.

A NOTE ON COLOR

Every piece of wood absorbs stain differently. Grain density, age, and species all affect the final color. We'll always work with you to get as close as possible to your vision, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to photos or previously built pieces. This is the nature of handcrafted hardwood furniture and one of the things that makes each piece truly one of a kind.
