What to Expect When You Order

Ordering a handcrafted dining table is different from buying one off a showroom floor — and it should be. Here's a clear look at how the process works from first conversation to finished piece.

1. The Conversation

It starts with a message. Tell us what you're looking for — or even just send a photo of your space. We'll ask a few questions about how many people you need to seat, the style of your home, and what matters most to you in a table. No pressure, no rush. We're here to help you figure out what fits.

2. Your Custom Quote

Once we understand what you're after, we'll put together a detailed quote based on your chosen style, size, wood species, and finish. The quote breaks down exactly what's included so there are no surprises. We'll walk you through it — typically over the phone — and answer any questions.

3. Deposit & Scheduling

When you're ready to move forward, a deposit locks in your spot on the build schedule. We'll confirm your timeline and let you know when to expect your table. Most builds take 4–8 weeks depending on the style and current workload.

4. The Build

This is where it gets real. Your table is built from raw hardwood lumber — selected, milled, joined, sanded, stained, and sealed by hand in our Laramie, Wyoming shop. We'll send progress updates along the way so you can see your piece come to life.

5. Finishing

Every table top receives our N3 Nano protective topcoat — a professional-grade, water-based polyurethane that resists water, scratches, and UV. 6. Delivery or Pickup

Once your table is complete, we'll schedule delivery or pickup at a time that works for you. Local customers pick up from our Laramie shop. 7. After It's Home

Your table comes with a lifetime warranty on structural integrity and craftsmanship. If you ever have a question, need care advice, or something doesn't feel right — reach out. You'll hear back from the same person who built it.
